The activities of the subsidiaries of the AtaHolding group of companies are based on the principles of high professionalism, the use of the latest technologies and corporate governance. In "AtaHolding" and its subsidiaries, an audit of financial and economic activities is carried out by an international audit company. For the first time in Azerbaijan, the AtaHolding Group of Companies prepared a consolidated report in accordance with the SIBO, which was audited by an international auditing company. AtaHolding has created an accounting system in accordance with international accounting standards and an internal control system in accordance with international standards of internal audit, ensuring the transparency of the activities of the AtaHolding Group of Companies.
