28.2% of PASHA Bank’s shares sold

Ador LLC, which controls 28.2% of PASHA Bank’s shares, sold its stake.
banks.az reports that its equity stake was bought by Bless LLC.
The rest of the bank's shares are still owned by Pasha Holding LLC (56.8%), 10% by Arif Pashayev, 5% by Mirjamal Pashayev (chairman of the Bank’s Supervisory Board).
PASHA Bank was established in 2007. Its authorized capital is AZN 354.5 million.
