About the system
UPT - is a conjoint money transfer system between Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia for transactions in Turkish lira, US dollars and Euro currencies. The sender using UPT sends money in US dollars, while the recipient may get it in US dollars, Euro or Turkish lira.
