The general meeting of Bank ABB shareholders was held

On October 25, 2021, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Bank ABB OJSC was held. The composition of the Bank ABB Supervisory Board was reformed at the meeting. Shahmar Movsumov, Emin Huseynov, Khalid Ahadov, Matin Eynullayev, Fakhri Ismayilov were elected as members of the Bank ABB Supervisory Board.

At the general meeting of Bank ABB shareholders, Shahmar Movsumov was reappointed as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.

The meeting also considered the appointment of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank ABB. Abbas Ibrahimov has been reappointed as a Chairman of the Management Board.
