Most mortgage contracts concluded in Baku

The largest number of mortgage contracts have been concluded in Baku, banks.az reports, referring to the State Service for 28,243 mortgage agreements were concluded in Baku over Jan-Sept 2022 (55% of the total figure in the country).

5,781 contracts were concluded on Absheron Territorial Division #4 of public entity of legal law "State Cadastre & Real Estate Register of the Civil Service, 3,439 contracts on Sumgait Territorial Division #2, 2,394 contracts on Ganja Territorial Division #3 and 2,291 contracts on Khachmaz Territorial Division #5. In addition, it is noted that real estate was most often registered in Yevlakh Territorial Division #17 and the Shirvan Territorial Division #13.
