Mortgage Fund observed decline on given loans last year

In 2024, loans for 440.1 million manats were given through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund (AMCGF).

city.az reports, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that the figure is 4.7% less than in 2023.

The volume of loans refinanced by the Fund decreased by 9.1% to 447.3 million manats.

During the year, the amount of finances raised by the AMCGF through the issuance of bonds increased by 22.2% and reached 550 million manats, while the amount of money allocated to the AMCGF from the State Budget grew by 0.1% and reached 87.7 million manats.
