August 27, 1997 - date of establishment of Baku Stock Exchange Joint Stock Company. On October 25, 1999, the stock exchange was reformed to Baku Stock Exchange CJSC.
Since its establishment, BSE has been the only stock exchange organized in the stock sector of Azerbaijan. Today, Baku Stock Exchange is an exchange with annual turnover of over 14 billion manats, unique history, strong relations with professional participants of the stock market and partnership relations with many foreign stock exchanges.
