Human Resources Junior Specialist is a staff member of HR Services team. This role will be responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, supporting HR team, across all HR service categories.
Information about vacancy
Execution of documentation and relevant issues in the process of hiring, transferring, terminating employees, as well as preparing, supplementing and modifying labor contracts, applying disciplinary actions, in accordance with the Company's strategy, objectives and current labor legislation requirements;
Execution of the tasks of incorporating, updating, changing the relevant information about employees and organizational structures of the company in the ERP programs;
Making of relevant notes in labor books;
Issuing and proving employment certificates;
Registration of hiring, position change, salary change, termination and etc. in State Government Portal;
Maintaining incoming HR daily requests;
Maintaining and updating of personal folders on daily basis;
Preparation and submission of requested HR related reports;
Execution of the process of granting leave to employees, registration and formalisation of used leaves in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation.
Good knowledge of AR Labor Legislation;
Documentation and correspondence skills;
Fluent in the Azerbaijani language (Russian and English languages proficiency is an advantage);
Avid user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
