Joined the Centralized Information System of Mass Payments (KOMİS). 2010 Became the member of "Azerbaijan Association of Risk Professionals". 2011 Got connected to Bloomberq operating system and started to handle currency transactions via this system. 2012 The first "Extra Kart" cab card was presented to the public. The plastic card "Baku Card" was recognized as "Innovative Product of the Year" by Master Card. Launch of the Call Center - 137. 2013 A new reporting system was put into operation in order to improve control and analysis abilities. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan was awarded the second place in the nomination "The leading bank in non-cash payments". 2014 A project team was formed to update the bank's software and implement mobile and internet banking. 2015 The bank switched to a new software, Intervision. 2016 Started cooperation with "Western Union" system. The "Super Extra" product was presented to customers. Was nominated among the five best banks "Leading bank in non-cash payments".
