BOKT supports retail business, small and medium sized entrepreneurship, large corporate business and continuously seeks to increase the quality of customer services. Growth dynamics of the consumer credits in the country provided impetus for the development of BOKT. Along with individual approach to each client, the “Ideal Option” which is the slogan of “Ideal Credit” reflects the philosophy on allocation of to the customers under the ideal terms. Customer interactions Being one of the key organization in the lending market, “Ideal Credit” pays special attention to its interactions with the customers. BOKT contacts with the customers by a variety of communication means. Special consideration is given to communication via social networks. “Ideal Credit” also communicates with the customers through the 4092524 Information Center and several internet channels. 4092524 Information Center operatively accepts requests from customers and informs them about the latest innovations. Complaints and suggestions are taken into account for improving credit products. Our development strategy In 2014, the Supervisory Board of “Ideal Credit” approved a new strategic development program of the BOKT. Some of the key aspects of the program are expansion of branch network, strategic regulation of risks and financial indicators, improving the quality of services. Within the framework of the program the new branches of “Ideal Credit” are opened in the capital and regions. Furthermore, special attention is paid in the customer services to the application of technological innovations, new banking products and services, development of staff potential. For continuing to meet the customers’ expectations and justify the slogan of “Ideal Option”, “Ideal Credit” shall proceed its dynamic development.
