Baku Stock Exchange turnover increased

The total volume of securities transactions on the Baku Stock Exchange for Jan-Jul 2021 amounted to AZN 9.468 bn.

Fineko reports with reference to the BSE that compared with the same term of 2020, an increase of 57% was recorded in the total trading volume, 38% in the trading on the primary market, 41% in the government securities market, and 334% on REPO operations.

Following the last trading day of July 2021, the BSE capitalization increased by 11% compared with the beginning of the year and amounted to AZN 4.3 bn.
