"Google Pay" payment system is launched in Azerbaijan

Starting today, customers of several banks in Azerbaijan will be able to use the Google Pay service on both Android and WearOS devices.

Google Wallet is expected to be active from 12:00 today, banks.az reports.

Google Pay allows users to make secure purchases in stores (where contactless payments are enabled), applications and over the Internet.

Security and privacy are the main benefits of Google Pay and Google Wallet, making payments more secure with multiple layers of security.

To use Google Wallet, it is enough to have Android 6.0 and higher on your phone.
