Limits on subsidized mortgage lending set

In order to continue the process of mortgage lending in 2023, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has set limits for banks for giving of mortgage loans, including subsidized mortgage loans, banks.az was informed at the AMCGF.

The Fund says that the acceptance of applications for a mortgage loan will begin on January 24, 2023 at 11:00 am.

For reference, applications for a mortgage loan are accepted in real time through the Electronic Mortgage & Credit Guarantee system (www.e-gov.az ), available on E-Government portal.
