Statistics presented on growth of deposit accounts in banks

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has released statistics on the growth of bank accounts. 

 

banks.az reports that in October the number of clients' deposit accounts in banks increased by 4,095 ones or 2% compared with September, and for the year - by 36,900 or 17.5%, up to 248,237 accounts. 

 

According to statistics, the number of current accounts of clients in banks during the reporting period amounted to 21,226,182 accounts.
